Area Councillor – Ward 6 | Bolton

Cosimo Napoli

Every day is a privilege and an honour to serve the residents of Caledon—and especially the community of Ward 6—as your councillor.

For the past 27 years, Bolton has been home to Cosimo Napoli and his family. It is where they have built their lives, raised their family, and formed lasting friendships. To Cosimo, Bolton is more than just a place to live—it is home, and a community he is deeply committed to protecting and strengthening for future generations.

A dedicated family man, local business owner, and community volunteer, Cosimo has always believed that strong communities are built by neighbours who care for one another. Whether volunteering at local events, supporting community initiatives, or listening to the concerns of residents, he has always believed that meaningful leadership begins with being present and involved.

For more than 30 years, Cosimo has been the co-owner of a successful security company. His professional experience has reinforced the values of responsibility, accountability, integrity, and public safety. It has also taught him the importance of listening, solving problems, and making thoughtful decisions that put people first.

As your Ward 6 Councillor, Cosimo is committed to preserving the unique character of Bolton while planning responsibly for its future. He understands the importance of managing growth in a way that protects neighbourhoods, improves infrastructure, and ensures that families continue to enjoy the quality of life that makes Bolton such a special place to call home.

Cosimo is also a strong advocate for seniors, recognizing the invaluable contributions they have made to our community. He believes every decision should consider the needs of older adults by supporting accessible services, safe neighbourhoods, and opportunities that help seniors remain active, connected, and respected.

Serving the residents of Ward 6 has been one of the greatest honours of Cosimo’s life. He is grateful for the trust placed in him and remains committed to working alongside residents to build a strong, vibrant, and welcoming community for today’s families and for generations to come.

Community Involvement

Giving back has always been important to me, and I’ve been proud to stay actively involved in our community in a variety of ways:
  • Volunteered with local community clean-up initiatives, helping keep our neighbourhoods safe and welcoming
  • Served as Vice Chair and recently Chair of the Caledon Council Charity Golf Tournament, with all proceeds supporting local community organizations
  • Sitting on the Library Board Committee, supporting access to learning and community resources
  • Serving on Bolton Business Improvement Area (BIA) Committee, working alongside local businesses to strengthen our downtown
  • Actively supported our senior community, advocating for programs, services, and opportunities to stay connected
