Your Ward 6 Councillor – Bolton

Cosimo Napoli

Every day, I am grateful for the privilege and honour of living in and serving the residents of Caledon, especially the community of Ward 6, as your Councillor.

For the past 27 years, Bolton and Ward 6 have been my home. This is where my family and I have built our lives, raised our family, and formed lasting friendships. To me, Bolton is more than a place to live – it is home. It is a community I care deeply about and am committed to protecting, strengthening, and building for future generations.

As a dedicated family man, local business owner, and community volunteer, I believe strong communities are built by neighbours who care about one another. Throughout my years of service, I have made it a priority to be present, accessible, and involved – listening to residents, supporting local initiatives, and working to address the issues that matter most to our community.

For more than 30 years, I have been the co-owner of a successful security company. My professional experience has strengthened my commitment to responsibility, accountability, integrity, and public safety. It has also taught me the importance of listening carefully, finding solutions, and making thoughtful decisions that put people and our community first.

As your Ward 6 Councillor, I remain committed to protecting the unique character of Bolton while planning responsibly for its future. I believe growth must be managed thoughtfully – with the infrastructure, services, and planning needed to support our community while protecting the neighbourhoods and quality of life that make Bolton such a special place to call home.

I am also a strong advocate for seniors and recognize the invaluable contributions they have made to our community. At the same time, I believe every resident’s voice matters and that the concerns and needs of all members of our community should be heard and considered. Whether it is public safety, infrastructure, responsible growth, local services, or the quality of life in our neighbourhoods, I am committed to listening to residents and working to address the issues that matter most to them.

Serving Ward 6 has been one of the greatest honours of my life. I am deeply grateful for the trust residents have placed in me and proud of what we have accomplished together.

Looking ahead, I am ready to continue working alongside residents to build on that progress and ensure Ward 6 remains a strong, vibrant, safe, and welcoming community for everyone.

Listening. Working. Delivering.

Because Ward 6 is not just where I live – it is home! And I am committed to continuing to serve it with dedication, integrity, and heart.

Community Involvement

Giving back has always been important to me, and I’ve been proud to stay actively involved in our community in a variety of ways:
  • Volunteered with local community clean-up initiatives, helping keep our neighbourhoods safe and welcoming
  • Served as Vice Chair and recently Chair of the Caledon Council Charity Golf Tournament, with all proceeds supporting local community organizations
  • Sitting on the Library Board Committee, supporting access to learning and community resources
  • Serving on Bolton Business Improvement Area (BIA) Committee, working alongside local businesses to strengthen our downtown
  • Actively supported our senior community, advocating for programs, services, and opportunities to stay connected
